The Grant Writer Guru & Expert Business Strategist
Ashley has been responsible for securing over $167 million in grant funding for non-profits and businesses. The grant funding directly supports expanding health services, law enforcement services, reducing homelessness, instructional services, hiring teachers, after school tutoring, parent and family engagement, transportation, and innovative programming that directly affects the most vulnerable populations within the community.

Combining her expertise as a grant administrator, educator, and skilled planner, Ashley founded Oxford Learning Academy, a preschool, and The Oxford Academy, a private school. Both institutions embody her commitment to philanthropy and innovative education, offering a data-driven approach to early childhood learning to prepare the next generation of leaders from their earliest days of education.

From start to finish, Ashley continues her work with non-profits and businesses. She continues to serve as a well sought out consultant in grant writing, government contracting, and business development. She also assists with project implementation and compliance.

Ashley holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice with a focus on at-risk youth, as well as a second Master’s in Educational Leadership. She has served as a school district administrator, overseeing $10.8 million annually, while successfully writing over $40 million in grant funding.

She has received numerous honors, including a Proclamation from the Leon County Board of County Commissioners, recognition as a Florida A&M University 40 Under 40 Recipient, a Women’s History Month 2025 Honoree at Tallahassee State College, inclusion among the Top 25 Women You Need to Know in Tallahassee, and the UnSung Hero Award.
